The stay includes:

Overnight stay in one of our rooms
Breakfast from 08:00am - 10:00am

1 x Guided tour of the Kowary Adit - 1200 m of underground corridors directly at the hotel
In each room Unique water "Potencjałka Aox" from Zdrój Jelenia Struga from the Karkonosze Mountains, from the Sulica massif, extracted at an altitude of 700 m above sea level, in the buffer zone of the UNESCO Karkonosze Biosphere Reserve in the Natura 2000 area. It is extracted from rocks that are 2 billion years old. Bottled in an in-house bottling plant at source. Water has antioxidant properties, contains free hydrogen atoms, is low mineralized, low sodium, unsaturated with CO2. It has a local product certificate of the Karkonosze Local brand and the Green Valley certificate. Potential water is served with meals during the stay, and is also available in the rooms, on its basis the cooks also prepare meals.
In each room you will find various BOOKS to read - two titles each, interesting literature - don't worry if you don't have time to finish reading, you can borrow a book home - you will return it on your next visit (report only to the reception).

Radon inhalations MEDICAL treatment as part of health services, Boosting Immunity in the Underground Radon Inhalation 2 times a day: 10:00am and 04:00pm (duration about 50 minutes).
Morning wading in a mountain stream using the Sebastian Kneipp method: at 7:50 am - hardening the body.
Thermotherapy in saunas as part of health services: from 09:00am to 10:00pm, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna at the pool.

Booking information

The property does not accept children under the age of 12. Youth from the age of 12 are no longer children who cause noise and bustle and need various forms of fun and a lot of attention from their parents. These are young people who have their own interests and do not absorb carers as much as smaller children, they can also accompany their parents in saunas, at the swimming pool or use selected treatments on their own.

An additional fee for pets staying in a family room or studio is 99 PLN per night, while in all the remaining rooms – 35 PLN per night.

For all bookings a 30% deposit is required. Depending on when the booking is cancelled, the following part of the deposit is refunded: - 20% - up to 30 days before the arrival date - 50% - between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date - 100% - later than 14 days before the arrival date.
