Spring in the Karkonosze Mountains is an extraordinary time when nature begins to awaken, and the increasingly longer days allow for more activities, during which we can take care of our physical condition. Surrounded by forests and fresh, crystal-clear air, we can fully indulge in the charms of the upcoming spring!

We are an ECO Space

The stay includes:

  • Accommodation in one of our rooms
  • Breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, on Saturday and Sunday until 11:00 AM
  • Dinner served according to the chef's menu from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (soup, main dish, dessert, Aox water)
  • Unlimited access to the wellness area: from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, swimming pool, Finnish sauna, and infrared sauna.

Daily health services included:

  • Radon inhalations, MEDICAL treatment, boosting immunity in the Underground Radon Inhalation Room twice a day: 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (duration about 50 minutes, dress warmly 8'C).
  • Morning immersion in the mountain stream using the Sebastian Kneipp method: at 7:50 AM.
  • Winter swimming, in a designated area, pond behind the hotel. There are regulations for winter swimming, protective footwear and clothing are required.
  • Unlimited access to Unique water throughout the stay “Potencjałka Aox” from Jelenia Struga Spring

During your stay also:

  • Physiotherapeutic and medical treatments in the SPA: Our therapists will help you choose appropriate treatments (additional fee applies).
  • During your stay, ask about “Calm and Good Sleep” – 3 types of additional pillows for the room: Down and feather pillow, buckwheat pillow, neck roll and the possibility to brew and drink Lemon Balm before bedtime in the room.
  • Free internet access.
  • Tea-Set and Minibar* in the room.
  • Monitored, free parking.
  • Two electric car charging stations NOXO*
  • Game and relaxation area: bowling*, billiards, foosball, darts, and many other games!

  • Price for accommodation for 1 person in a Family Deluxe Studio: 350 PLN/ person/ night

Booking information

Children Policy

The property does not accept children under the age of 12. Youth from the age of 12 are no longer children who cause noise and bustle and need various forms of fun and a lot of attention from their parents. These are young people who have their own interests and do not absorb carers as much as smaller children, they can also accompany their parents in saunas, at the swimming pool or use selected treatments on their own.

Pets Policy

Pets are allowed, however, this involves an additional fee as specified in the offer description.

Cancellation Policy

For all bookings a 30% deposit is required. Depending on when the booking is cancelled, the following part of the deposit is refunded: - 20% - up to 30 days before the arrival date - 50% - between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date - 100% - later than 14 days before the arrival date.
